Information this website handles

This public website presents business information and educational resources. The financial-planning calculators run in your browser. Values entered into those calculators are not submitted to Callands Creative Solutions or intentionally stored by this website.

General inquiries

If you use the CCS inquiry form, the website collects your name, email address, general service area, and message. The submission is stored in the CCS inquiry database, appears in the protected owner dashboard, and generates an email notification to the owner. Provide only a brief, non-sensitive description.

Tax documents and client information

Tax documents and sensitive client information should be exchanged only after a service relationship and approved secure workflow have been established. Instructions for secure document exchange will be provided directly when applicable.

The site links to third-party resources, including official IRS pages and separate CCS product applications such as MelodyArchive. Callands Creative Solutions does not control the content, availability, or privacy practices of unaffiliated external services. Separately operated CCS products publish their own privacy information for the data they handle.
