Yes. A catch-up or cleanup engagement starts by assessing the backlog, organizing past activity, and defining a realistic path to usable records. Ongoing bookkeeping can be considered once the backlog is addressed.
Tell us during the consultation. If the engagement is a fit, we will explain the appropriate collaboration setup and send any needed invitation after scope is confirmed. Do not share your QuickBooks password through the website or email.
Not through the public website. After we confirm the engagement, you will receive instructions and, when appropriate, an email invitation or checklist for the approved document workflow.
A consultation can still help clarify what is missing, what to organize first, and whether monthly help, cleanup work, or a later tax-preparation engagement makes sense. There is no need to send sensitive records to ask those questions.
Only a short, non-sensitive description of your need. Never send identity, banking, tax records, passwords, or account credentials through the general contact form.
No. Scope, jurisdiction, deadlines, current records, and the facts of the engagement determine availability and the appropriate service path.
